Google launched its own Google branded Super phone “Nexus One”. After announcement the phone go for a sale on their site and you can chose between two option subsidized from T-Mobile for $179 ($20 cheaper than the iPhone) or $529 without a carrier. Apple iPhone is a strong competitor for Nexus One.

# Price: The iPhone cost to some extent more than the Nexus One ($199 vs. $179 with contract; $599 vs. $529 without), but when the unlimited voice and data plans for the respective phones are factored in, the Nexus One costs $610 less per year.

# Battery: The Nexus One has a longer battery life (7 hours of talk time versus 5). The battery is also removable, so can be replaced if it fails. The Nexus One also has a detailed battery meter which tells the user what features are using battery power.

# Storage Capacity: The iPhone has two versions, one with 16GB of storage and another with 32GB, while the Nexus One comes with 4GB, but is expandable to 32GB. The iPhone's memory is not expandable.

# Carrier: Where the iPhone is tied to one carrier (AT&T -- at least currently), Google is selling the Nexus One directly and can be used with any compatible carrier (Verizon and T-Mobile offer the phone at a subsidized price to those who agree to carry a contract).

# Camera: The Nexus One has a higher resolution camera (5 megapixels versus 3).

# Dictation: The Nexus One has a built-in transcription feature with an accuracy of around 90%. Although iPhone users can utilize the Dragon Dictation app, users have to copy and paste the results into other programs.

# App Store: The iPhone App Store has over 120,000 apps versus the 16,000 apps available for the Android OS. However, the Android Market offers easier approval for developers and could rapidly increase its numbers.

# Keyboard: The Nexus One has a period on the main screen of the touch keyboard making some typing easier and offers five auto-complete suggestions versus the one that the iPhone offers.

# Multitasking: The iPhone only allows one program to run at a time, while the Nexus One allows multitasking.

Most awaited device of year Google phone may be launching in January 2010. Google announced media event for its most awaited android Cellphone. Google on Tuesday sent out invitations for a January 5 "Android press gathering" at their Mountain View, Calif. Campus, California. It’s a first Cellphone which is directly sold by Internet giant Google.

Nexus One is code name of Google phone and it is unlocked phone and directly sold on Google website. Cellphone is worked on GSM networks and Google has calibration with T-mobile you can purchase Nexus one at subsidized price of 180$ USD or otherwise you have to pay 530$ USD.
Google phone uses Android operating system which is launched by Google in month of October 2009.

Internet Giant Google is ready to enter in Cell phone market by launching Google Phone which is Android base. Google is preparing their own branded cell phone that they will trade through resellers. Google Phone’s official name is Nexus One and will launch in early 2010. Android 2.1 is supported by Google Phone and maybe it is unlocked phone which is great thing for user.

 Android OS that makes some application unusable is embedded with G Phone. Phone is manufactured by HTC but there are lots of inputs from Google.
Price: 600-750$

Nexus One runs on a Snapdragon chip, has a super high-resolution OLED touchscreen, is thinner than the iPhone, has no keyboard, and two mics. The mic on the back of the phone helps abolish background noise, and it also has a “weirdly” large camera for a phone.
